Morgan H Lewis, or as we are known locally MHL, was established in 2003. Our aim was to provide the Wigan public with an outstanding service that was second to none, whilst keeping things affordable for our customers.

Behind the doors at our Mesnes Road office, we have dedicated teams, who will help you with your property journey from valuation through to cash in your bank. Our valuations team will help you understand the task at hand, guide you through our marketing process and what to expect going forwards. Our sales team will keep you up to date on your property’s marketing, whilst finding you the best buyer and the best price for your home. Our progress team, who solely deal with solicitors, will then guide you from offer through to completion, keeping you up to date and informed along the way, whilst navigating any legal hurdles that may arise.
